Biography: Councillor Moreton Moore is Emeritus Professor of Physics and Honorary Fellow of Royal Holloway University of London, who does crystallographic research in his retirement. He has been an Independent Councillor for eighteen years and he was Mayor of Runnymede in 2006-07. He is interested in maintaining Egham as a healthy and pleasant place to live; but he is concerned about chemical and noise pollution from aircraft, road and rail traffic; and about inappropriate developments in the Green Belt.
