The Tenancy Management Team deal with the following issues:-

Rent collection and arrears recovery

Investigating changes to tenancies e.g. requests for joint tenancies

Dealing with problems on estates e.g. removing abandoned vehicles, dealing with anti social behaviour

Supporting Local Tenants groups

Right to Buy

Leasehold Queries

The Borough is split into 3 geographical areas. The following officers deal with the following areas -

Maggie Ward - 01932 425835, Ian Griffin - 01932 425828 and Sheenagh Roberts - 01932 425817 - Addlestone South, Virginia Water, Englefield Green, Sheltered, A2Dominion and shared ownership properties.

Beverly Musk - 01932 425836 and Jackie Cullen - 01932 425826 - Garages, Egham Town, Egham Hythe, Thorpe and Ottershaw.

Shirley Dollery - 01932 425818 and Janice Tyler - 01932 425825 - Addlestone North, Chertsey, New Haw, Gypsy Sites, Heathervale Way rented and private properties.

Jenny Tilling and Angela Horsey - 01932 425819 - Responsible for dealing with neighbour nuisance affecting Council properties across the Borough
