The Surrey Local Government Association (SLGA) represents the 12 local authorities within Surrey and has produced a Joint Municipal Waste Management Strategy for Surrey (JMWMS). This strategy is intended to be a 20 year plan for the management of waste within Surrey and covers the period running from 2006 to 2026.
