Our paper banks will now take telephone directories.

Please keep coloured glass out of the clear glass as this reduces its quality.

Blue glass can go in with green glass.

If the green bottle bangs are full, please put your green bottles in the BROWN bottle bank.

Pyrex, vision-ware, drinking glasses and window glass should not be put in, as they spoil the quality of the glass cullets and therefore cannot be recycled.

Please clean cans and jars so that they don't attract flies and wasps.

Please remove caps and corks from bottles before recycling.

Cans, should be squashed to take up less room in the banks.

Remove caps from plastic bottles before recycling and place them in the bottle cap recycling bin.

PLEASE TAKE AWAY ALL PLASTIC BAGS AND DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING NEXT TO THE BANKS. ANYTHING LEFT AROUND THE BANKS WILL GO TO LANDFILL
