• Remind your parents to put out their blue box on the right collection day.
• Encourage your school to recycle.
• Use your recycling kit to make sure everyone turns the light off when they leave a room and make sure the taps are turned off.
• Do not throw-away recyclable items from your lunch box - keep them, wash them and put them in your blue box!
• Help your parents to take plastic bottles to local recycling sites.
• Why don't you walk or cycle to school? It helps the environment and is great exercise for you!
• Don't throw away your old clothes - take them to a charity shop where they can be re-sold for a good cause.
