List of Consent Streets and Application Form

If you would like to make an application to Runnymede Borough Council to trade in the street in fast food (e.g. burgers, kebabs) and/or soft drinks or in other items, you can only apply to trade in the streets shown below by downloading the application form. If you decide to apply, your application will be considered by the Council's Environment and Sustainability Committee who will decide whether or not to grant your application. The Environment and Sustainability Committee meets in January, March, June, September and November each year.

CONSENT STREETS

AN APPLICATION TO TRADE CAN BE MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PARTS OF STREETS:

1. Bishopsgate Road, Englefield Green

(a) From a point level with north east boundary of 'The Dell Cottage' on Bishopsgate Road extending for 143 metres north west on the southern side of the road; and

(b) From a point 6 metres north west from the northern corner of 'The Lodge' (nearest to the Fox and Hounds Public House) extending 85 metres north west along the southern side of the road.

2. The Broadway, New Haw

At the eastern service road adjacent to the street, from the northern boundary of the Black Prince Public House for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.

3. Delta Way, Thorpe

From a point level with the north west boundary of Block Number K 'Cass Building' extending in a north west direction for 8 metres, located in the north east corner of the bellmouth of Delta Way.

STREET TRADING IS NOT ALLOWED ON ANY OTHER PUBLICLY MAINTAINABLE STREETS IN THE BOROUGH.
