Studio Class details

Please find below a detailed description of each class on our studio timetable.

Our aim is to provide a variety of classes for all levels of fitness and abilities.

We are positive you will find a class to suit your needs.
All classes are taken by qualified instructors whom regularly attend masterclasses and workshops.

CLASS

DESCRIPTION

Aero Abs

If you want to focus on your abs then this is the class for you. You will be working your abdominal area ensuring a fantastic workout.

Aerobics

A Cardiovascular workout that maximises fat burning by combining High and Low impact moves and combinations.

Body Combat Technique

A 15 min introduction class where the instructor takes you through the correct techniques for all your Body Combat moves.

Body Combat

Combines moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like Karate, Boxing and Tae Kwon do to an energetic routine.

Body Pump Technique

A 15 minute introduction class for all participants. The instructor will take you through the correct lifting and postural alignment for your Body Pump class

Body Pump

A non-impact, resistance training class that combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, help you lose weight and ultimately change your body shape in record time. (Suitable for all levels) If you have never Pumped before we recommend you attend the Technique class.?

Circuits

This class combines cardiovascular and resistance work stations. Strength and endurance are both targeted in this class, which is suitable for anyone who enjoys hard work.

Easy Aerobics

Ideal for those who have never tried aerobics before, or are unable to exercise at a high intensity for longer periods of time. Use this class to build up your fitness level. Also ideal for pre/post natal.

Tone Zone

This is an all over body workout which includes work with body bars and resistance bands.

Intro to Step

Step

A 15 minute introduction designed for people who have never participated in a step class or for people who want to refresh their technique and try the lastest moves

A low impact, high intensity exercise class using a raised platform. The ultimate fat burning workout where you will have fun and workout to your own limits.

Street Dance

A funky feel aerobic class using the latest dance moves for participants 14 years old and upwards

LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)

If it is below the belt where the work is needed, then this is tailor made for you!! A low impact class which concentrates on these specific areas where you can work at your own pace.

Yoga

For the mind, body & soul. Complete relaxation and stretching - the essential ingredient to a stress free lifestyle.

Yogalates

A blend of yoga and pilates to improve flexibility, core strength and body alignment.

Pilates

A fusion of western and eastern philosophies, teaching about breathing with movement, body mechanics, balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility

Tri Workout

This ultimate studio workout. 20 min aerobics, 20 min Step, 20 min body conditioning
