All parties last an hour. We can provide an area for a party tea after the hour activity. The price of the party includes use of this area for 40 minutes. No food and drink are supplied by the Centre.

Choose from these fantastic parties:

Bouncy Castle

Start your party with a bounce with an hour of fun and games with a party supervisor.

Ages: 4-10 years

Numbers: Maximum 15 Children

Bouncy Castle and Trampolining

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a trampoline and bouncy castle party. A sure favourite with all the children with a party supervisor.

Ages: 5-10 years

Numbers: Maximum 25 Children

Sports Party

Are you and your friends the next Olympic hopefuls? With our Sports Party you get the choice of football, basketball, kwik cricket, uni hockey or a mixture of all sports.

Ages: 8-12 years

Number: Maximum 25 Children

Trampolining

Have a great party with your friends bouncing on one of our trampolines. Supervised by a qualified instructor who will ensure you have plenty of fun.

Ages: 5-10 years

Numbers: Maximum 10 Children

Booking a Party

All you need to do is complete the attached booking form with the appropriate party details, and send to us by post, or hand it into the centre at reception.

You will then receive confirmation of your booking within 7 days of returning your booking form.

The total payment of the party is required 14 days after confirmation or within 48 hours' if the party date is less than 14 days ahead. If payment is not received by the due day then the party will be cancelled.

Complimentary invites will then be available for collection or sent to you if preferred, once payment is received.

Please only book for the number of children you expect as monies once paid are non-refundable, this also includes children who do not arrive on the day of the party.

Please note; any extra requirements to the original booking must be made 72 hours before the party.

Party bookings are taken up to a maximum of 3 months in advance.

Additional staffing and/or requirements to the standard set up must be detailed on the booking form or made in writing and authorised by the management. These may be subject to an additional cost.

Terms and Conditions

The staff at Addlestone Leisure Centre are well trained and strive to make your party a success. Your help is also required by following the conditions noted below;

• If you wish to cancel your party booking, you must inform us in writing 14 days prior to the party date.
• The management reserves the right to refuse any application or cancel a booking without stating their reason to do so. Cancellations will be refunded.
• We recommend party organisers arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your party to greet guests.
• You are required to inform the Duty Officer of any medical conditions of injuries children attending the party have before the activity commences.
• When children feel unwell we ask that they are not included in the play session. Addlestone Leisure Centre reserves the right to enforce this condition.
• Children must wear appropriate casual clothing for each party. Socks must be worn for the trampolining party.
• Addlestone Leisure Centre operates a Photography Policy within all areas of the Centre. Anyone wishing to take photos of any kind must first gain the permission from the Duty Officer.
• Accidents/injuries must be reported to the Duty Officer.
• All parties include Public Liability Insurance, with a limit of £5 million insurance cover. The party hirer shall be liable for all 3rd party claims involving personal injury or property damage when the hirer has been negligent. A charge of £50.00 will be payable by the hirer of any claim.
