Customer service

We endeavour to provide a quality service by supplying a varied programme of activities in a clean, comfortable and safe environment with efficient and courteous staff.

We continuously strive to review, improve and monitor the leisure centre, activities and services we provide. We rely on feedback from our customers, so we would appreciate your help in completing a customer comment form located in main reception with any suggestions or feedback regarding your visit or register your comments with a member of our team.

Customer Processes

The Leisure Centre Manager receives all suggestions and comments

Monthly Reports - are reported back to all staff from the customer feed back on a trend analysis system. This is conducted on a monthly basis and displayed on the Customer notice board in reception.

Service Review - Apart from the service standards directed by Runnymede Borough Council the leisure centre is a member of the Fitness Industry Association (FIA).

Our Customer Charter is displayed in the reception of the Centre.
