Museum Monkeys
For Children aged under 5 years

Come and meet Charlie the chimp at Chertsey Museum.

Museum Monkeys meets on the third Friday morning once a month for singing, stories, arts and craft as well as a drink and biscuit. Activities are aimed at under 5s with parental involvement required. Doors open at 9:30am for a fun and fabulous museum experience!

Cost: £4:50 per child (1-5 year olds).
Brothers and sisters under 1 are free.

Advance booking required.

Aged 6 to 12 years

Why not join our Young Friends and attend half-term and holiday workshops and events at the Museum? Fun and practical activities are on offer relating to the museum collections and temporary exhibitions. There are also art and craft workshops which follow a seasonal theme.

Places are limited, so please book and pay in advance.

To book: phone the Museum in the afternoon during opening hours on 01932 565764 and make a provisional booking. Then print the booking form and permission form and send them with a cheque for £4.50 for each child attending made payable to 'Runnymede Borough Council' to: Chertsey Museum, The Cedars, 33 Windsor Street, Chertsey Surrey KT16 8AT.
